North York General Hospital's Medical Imaging
Following a successful public tender process, Artellix is pleased to have been selected to partner with North York General Hospital (NYGH) to develop a new wayfinding strategy for the Medical Imaging (MI) department at the hospital’s main site. The Medical Imaging department, spanning 25,000 square feet of clinical support and public space, is a complex, high traffic volume with intricate user flows.
The wayfinding strategy will be informed by comprehensive consultations with stakeholders and project team. Artellix's work will also consider the complexities of diverse patient and staff journeys, multiple check points, varying hours of operation, waiting spaces and shared services.
The ongoing workflow and service delivery reviews within the department will be integrated into the wayfinding planning to ensure the solution is aligned with current and future operational needs.
(The project is expected to be completed in 2025. Stay tuned for photos of completed work!)
